I am developing a responsive website. I want to check performance or loading speed of website for a mobile device.

How can I know that website is not performing well so I can proceed to improve the responsive website in mobile?

so please suggest me on which parameters I can check that the responsive website is performing well or not in mobile.

    check website performance/speed in mobile

You have to ask your self below questions. If you feel your website is fulfilling all condition then your website performance is very well on mobile.

Questions list to ask your self:

Is your website loading within three seconds in mobile?
If your website is loading in three seconds than it has good performance to get load data from a server. Means It has very less time to load from the server than it goes for another process.

To check your website load in three seconds. Try with below web URLs:

Is website show perfectly selling points or message?

The mobile responsive website should show perfectly selling points or message. Making long notes can kill your website

Is mobile responsive content easy to read?

If yes then its good for visitors, so they like to come back again.

    Is mobile website navigate properly?

Check out all the navigation link of the website.  Can the user easily navigate from one section to another? It makes a user happy to navigate. Because by navigation links user will spend much more time on a website.

Is it giving nice user interface?

Now, old HTML versions are old age thing. Many UI patterns, colors are available.
Becuase most of the people have an almond screen in mobile so they will love and be more exciting with different colors.

Will you spend time on a website which is not your own?

This is also a big question for a user if it’s not related to them. Then how mobile website can convey to spend more time on it.
